Completely worth the money - just bought a second pair in another color, May 22, 2012 By This review is from: FRYE Women's Otis Slip-On Loafer (Apparel) I had been searching for a classy pair of penny loafers for a couple of months. I finally gave in to my instincts and bought Frye's Otis Penny Loafer in the Cognac color. I LOVE THEM. These are by far my new favorite pair of shoes. I just ordered a second pair in a different color as the loafers are all I wear now. I literally choose outfits around these shoes because they are so comfortable, and cute. I usually wear them with chinos, skirts, skinny jeans, sundresses and shorts [think J. Crew - style.]
I wore these shoes straight out of the box on day one with no problems. They stretched just enough to slip on and off perfectly (I don't have to fuss with the heel folding into the shoe as I put them on, in my head it defeats the point of a loafer if you have to bend down and fix the heel because it's too tight, and they also don't stretch out too much either, where I've found that other shoes stretch so much that your heel comes out when you walk). Tight fit and not so comfortable, January 6, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: FRYE Women's Otis Slip-On Loafer (Apparel) I was very excited about these shoes and was disappointed when I got them with both comfort and style. I returned them and am reluctant to order Frye again-was not impressed with them for the cost.
